We work with approved source countries including Indonesia, Bangladesh, Nepal, Myanmar, India, the Philippines, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and others depending on current government approvals.

Yes. For ordinary foreign workers, the usual route includes JTKSM prior approval, FWCMS eQuota, an Immigration Visa With Reference (VDR/eVDR), an entry visa from the Malaysian mission in the worker’s home country, FOMEMA medical screening within 30 days after arrival, and issuance of the Visit Pass (Temporary Employment), commonly called VP(TE) or PL(KS).

Local recruitment can be completed within days to weeks depending on role requirements. Foreign worker recruitment depends on quota approval, source-country processes and immigration timelines, typically several weeks to a few months.
